With the clear goal of making smoking future-proof, manufacturers of CleanSmoke, suppliers of modern smoking chambers, meat product manufacturers, smokers and sustainable food retailers have joined forces in the CleanSmoke Coalition. This year some member companies show how they use CleanSmoke. On Tuesday, May 7th, the association invites to a tour of the fair to learn more about the opportunities of modern smoking in talks.

For example, how companies can continue smoking despite strict environmental regulations, how sustainability does not end in front of the smoking chamber and how traditional smoked goods taste the same as they have tasted for centuries but can be offered without any health risks. Of course, the current and future work of the association also plays a role. For all who are interested in modern smoking, it is an uncomplicated way to learn about the future of smoking.

The tour starts at 4 pm at the R2H Flavor Technology stand in Hall 12.1, booth D84 and ends at Red Arrow International in Hall 9, booth A40 – with smoked snacks at the stand.
